Looks good. Installed with no issue and was able to edit Address Book entries. How can I add additional Service Book entries?

Thanks doggie,

This is a beta test so it is only for opening the IPD file, editing and modifying will be on the coming releases.

I am continuing the development with the available resources and I will keep posting any updates provided that I am getting feedback and reports about the current release and whether it successfully read the IPD file or not.

functionality to modify/add service books is appreciated. also exporting every single database to other formats XLS/TXT/ecc. and also to modify and save the IPD in order to restore it on the handheld.
The possibility to manage the address book contacts' pictures would also be an outstanding feature!
If you would like to translate the program UI in italian language just let me know ;)

Thanks for this great piece of work so far!

Dear penk
You would be able to edit the BB service book in the coming release provided that I am getting consider amount of beta testers feedbacks to strengthen this release.

Dear B@sher
Thanks for the feedback, currently am looking to:
Add more languages.
Test the parse of PIN messages (I need IPd with PIN messages to test).
Test the policy parsing (also lloking for IPd with policy in it)
...so many way to go.

So I am welcoming you for the italian translation, also for parsing IPDs with italian record & DB (you can send me one if you like), pls contact me on my email listed in the About splash screen.

Regards,

I would rather love a feature where it comes to get to divide your ipd file. I always hate the thing that if an ipd file has a BlackBerry Messenger backup, it has to replace the existing contacts for sure. It would be nicer if you can edit your ipd file in order to restore whatever you want separately.

Good stuff!

Default Now you can split the ipd file

With the new version MagicBerry 2.0 NOW you will be able to split the .ipd file with the selected data info.
