Hi All,

With all the problems happening with the bbm 5, I kind of jumped the gun and went back to os 4.7 on my storm.... when i realized that the problem was with RIM and not my device I wanted to go back to OS 5 and BBM 5 but i cannot find the download links, none of them work. If anyone has a copy of bbm 5 for OS5 on a storm 9530 i would greatly appreciate a copy. OTA or DM install is fine with me.

I don't have any off the top of my head but RIM made pretty much all the links take the software down

If I were you Drkidd I wouldn't upgrade just quite yet.... the version floating around is in the very early stages of development (Like almost an Alpha release and not a Beta release). Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live don't work on OS 5 as of yet. And if you're unlucky like the Canadian Telus users you can't even have a browser. So I would just hold off for now. All I can say from my experience is good things are on the way!
