Well, before the advent of VPL icons, it was how VZW kept you up to date on their apps, like Visual VM, PTT, and VCast stuff, none of which are on AppWorld.
Now all of the apps formerly in the App Center have VPL icons. This wasn't the case until the other day when they all suddenly appeared. I am guessing this is by design.

Anyone have Skype working on this build?

I did a clean install and didn't save the COD with BBSAK first. The link to it says it isn't available for my device.
