| Re: Leaked OS: Blackberry Bold 9700 6.0.0.358 Installed today on my T-Mobile Germany 9700. Works fine by now, the only problem I have is with AppWorld not working over WiFi on + mobile network off (country not supported issue).
For T-Mobile handset owners: if after installation you cannot access Screen Display under Options>Display (screen bounces back to Display tab when clicking on Screen Display), use BBSAK to remove the T-Mobile theme, e.g. the file
net_rim_theme_tmobile_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod
from your handset. Or better, remove the file from the Java folder before installing.
It seems to me that the T-Mobile European theme, net_rim_theme_tmobileeu_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod file doesn't need to be removed as in previous 6.0.0.344 version to get things working | | Offline

| Re: Leaked OS: Blackberry Bold 9700 6.0.0.358 Unfortunately I have the infamous "white screen" after wiping, shrinking, and loading this leak. I tried going back to .344but still getting the white screen. Went back to .979 and had a color screen, and then tried going forward to .358, but unfortunately I still have white screen. Any suggestions or ideas?

| Re: Leaked OS: Blackberry Bold 9700 6.0.0.358 First major crash of this release. I have seen it happen one time before but never could it not be resolved: The bootup freezes at the 100% on the BlackBerry screen, the screen brightens up like it's going in to the OS, and it just sits there. Now it has happened to be on a beta once before a long time ago, but letting it sit there for 20 minutes eventually booted up. Subsequent battery pulls were sluggish but it resolved itself after 2 or so. I let it sit for hours, battery pulls, again, no resolution. I finally wiped it and started over. | | Offline

| Re: Leaked OS: Blackberry Bold 9700 6.0.0.358 Reporting a bug on my boyfriend's 9700:
he got a "device memory is too low" error message while browsing the internet, despite having 87MB memory at the time (>80MB because his wonderful girlfriend manually shrunk the OS :-D ) I told him to battery pull and he got a java error message upon reboot. He gets antsy about bugs, so I'll probably be rolling him back to .344

| Re: Leaked OS: Blackberry Bold 9700 6.0.0.358 More stable so far, several of my bugs seem resolved. Install went well. Still some weird 3rd party app install issues but weirdly a restart and I ended up with both google maps and be weather working as expecting.... w/e.
