Now the funny thing is that Bell Mobility pushed this update to my device (9800) and I updated it OTA. Took about 45 odd minutes.

I don't recall when Blackberry started allowing OS upgrades OTA.

UPDATE: Disregard this.... I saw the updates on this on the 9800 forum

Possible you have not pulled the battery in a long time with device on or your carrier did not support it yet.
