I'm kinda new in this forum and a user of a BB. Still not updating my BB Bold 9780's OS. I just want to ask what is Leaked OS?

Leaked OS is a build that has not been released by a carrier yet.

RIM makes all of the software and the carriers test and release them.
Sometimes a version becomes available directly from RIM (and not released by a carrier) and it is called leaked.
