We had an evalution copy of BES which ran out, I recieved help from this forum on how to move from eval. to production. I am trying to follow the instruction on the How to sheet and I am not getting very far - Task 1 to be exact.
When I try to back up the MSDE I always get the message "Could not locate entry in sysdatabases for database XX.
I asked our local tech support who installed the eval. copy and he assures me the name is correct, is there any way to find out the name of the database that is running.

Open the Blackberry Server Configuration app. Click the database tab.
