Default (Newbie) 7290 fonts when sending email - 05-23-2006, 03:20 PM

When sending emails from my blackberry, I want the font to be sans serif to look like emails from my laptop (this way clients won't know if I'm out of the office checking email on my berry). When I go to options -- screen/keyboard, it says Font Family: BB SansSerif. Sounds good. But when I send test emails to myself, the font is some crappy Courier type font. P.S. what does Antialiasing mean and could that be affecting this?

If you are sending emails from your BB it comes across as regular text, same thing is true I believe with the BIS environment.

Options - Screen/Keyboard allows you to change the font that controls the menu appearance on the BB. The messages always go out as plain text and not in the selected font.
