I have a problem... In one 1/2 week ago, I bought brand new BlackBerry 8700g very happy. Since I used with my old sidekick color has something's wrong Like "X" for whole week. I decide go to the T-Mobile store. I talk with saleman about it. He find out that sidekick is no good. My SIM card is doing fine.... Strange.. soo I set up new pager in everything. One day, I give my new private email address. Somehow, someone find my private email and annoyed to bother me very threat in my pager!! I don't know how to block the email address, what i need my blackberry for protection. I think i need your help. I just want block that damn person's email address...

Go into Messages / Options / Filters and create a filter. Put the sender's email address in the 'From' field and make sure the Action field is 'Do not forward'. Perhaps that will do the trick.

I still don't get it unclearly.... I did check and little bit puzzled while look around on my blackberry and how to block the email address. I try to figure out. But I don't understand. This brand new 8700g...

Go to your My T-Mobile account site and log into your account. Click on "Set Up Internet Email." Click Edit next to the address you want to apply a filter to. Add a filter BLOCKING the address you do not want email from (for example, from ). Click Save.
