I have a 7290, is there a way to copy my contacts from my address book to my sim?

No one knows? It must not be possible i guess.. My Sim card got wiped out so now i only have the address book on the BB and i want to get rid of it and avoid typing the contacts in one by one

You can send them one at a time. Open up the contact you want to copy over, click the thumbwheel, and select Copy To SIM. Some people have talked about a process with making a text file but I don't know how that works.

How do you transfer address book files on a Blackberry 7290 to the SIMS card. I do not get the copy to SIMS card option from the scolling wheel.

Did you find out how to transfer address book files on a Blackberry 7290 to the SIMS card?

you cannot copy your address book from your bb onto your sim without doing it one by one
