When i open the contact list in my BB i can not find the 233 contacts that i have in the web site. Sorry if i am molesting, please help.

I am having the same issue. I am a noob to BB, but a former Treo 650 user. Please help. By the way, I'm using BB desktop 4.2, and Outlook 2007. Thanks in advance.

Default Have You Configured ... - 11-30-2006, 06:38 AM

Intellisync to use Outlook? If you start BB Desktop, then connect your BB via USB or Bluetooth, you should be able to double click on Intellisync. You should be able to push the "Configure PIM" button, where you will be able to select Outlook as the PIM for Address Book, Calender, etc. There are advanced config buttons for some of these that let you set up conflict resolution and whether or not you import all info or only new items.

Once you have done this, you should be able to sync your BB to your desktop and get your contacts into your BB Address Book.
