Got the 7250, just to handle work email. I use a Treo 700 as my phone for personal email so there are naturally a few things that are frustrating to me about the blackberry.

Main problem right now is with groups. I have created a few internal groups within our company on my blackberry and need to share them with a few other users. Problem is:

- None of my Exchange groups have moved from Outlook into my blackberry after syncing.

- I can't beam my contacts to anyone else if I need to share someone's information

- I can't attach a GROUP to an email, you can only attach contacts

Does anyone have a way of doing this? It would be extremely rediculous to have to create new groups for every single blackberry here...

To the best of my knowledge, you can create groups on your BB, but you can't send them to anyone. You also can't synch groups from Outlook to your BB. You should be able to "beam" your contacts to other people via email or PIN from your BB, by composing the message and choosing "attach address" . You can attach multiple addresses to one message. The recipient just needs to open the attachment, click the trackwhell, and choose "add to address book". HTH!
