Does anyone know a way to "time filter" different email accounts?

Meaning, is it possible to choose a time in the day when you would like to stop recieving emails from a certain account, and then a time of day to recieve them again.

Example: Forward to handheld between: 9am -5pm
DO NOT Forward to handheld between: 5pm-9am
