Default no message server is configured

Hi folks,

Can anyone help me with these symptoms?
I am able to make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls
Client software application is already install on the PC (Blackberry Handheld Manager)
I am getting the message of " No Message Server is Configured"

How do i solve this problem?
Please help

I think you mean 'no messages services configured' on the device when composing email????

If so resend the service books from your BIS account, and on the device go in to Options - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table - click the trackwheel and hit 'Register Now'.

There might or might not be a Desktop [CMIME] service book. If there is then delete it and generate a new encryption key. If not then do an enterprise activation if you are on a BES. Did you get a data and a voice plan?
