Peral Contacts/Outlook Address book -

I posted this in the Admin Corner but feel it would be better in here.
Just a silly question that is driving me mad at the minute....if I add people into the address book, either in the Pearl or in Outlook, I am having problems.
If I enter the phone number in the format 07809 then it will register who the user is when they call me, but if they send me an SMS it will come through as the number +447809. And vice versa, if I enter their number in the format +447809 then when they call me it is displaying the number 07809 and not the user name entered in the address books.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
