Default change pop3 and smtp server - 12-11-2006, 03:59 PM

Our web site host is different from our email server/host (same domain, just using different hosts for cost/capacity reasons). I have made the changes to the pop3 and smtp server names on his laptop Outlook (2003). How do I make the changes on his Blackberry (7130c)? Will the changes be made automatically when he syncs it w/his Outlook?

btw, this is for his work email.

Thank you!

You will need to log into the BIS Website and make the changes there. The easiest way to do this will probably be to delete the existing email setup and re-add the email account using the new information. Once that is done, click the "Send Service Books" link to have the changes updated on the device.
