It seems that not too many people use First Class email so I am having a HUGE problem getting support.
Here is my problem,
I am using notifylink with FC and BB. Email works great. When syncing the contacts it deletes the pins from the handheld. I can not resolve this. Its does it randomly and not to all contacts.

Anyone have any insight??

The application your attempting to use does not work well with the BB. The methods used are either desktop manager or one of the email BIS services like Gmail. You are getting a corrupted sync for your contacts.

A Blackberry device only will send email via the Blackberry messaging services (not the FC Server).
The future looks very bright for FirstClass on BlackBerries.
There's still some work to be done, but a full Blackberry Mobile Client will be coming out. The Blackberry is evolving into a more powerful and capable device. OpenText is talking with RIM about the possibility of a BES mail module for FirstClass which could bring native FirstClass email, calendaring and contacts to the Blackberry.
