ok i am losing my mind!
i changed the password for my aol email account on a computer, and got an email on my bb saying that emails are no longer being delivered and i need to validate the new password.

the email gives two options to do this:
1. through the email settings option on my bb (whenever i try this it sais my device could not connect to the server)
2. on a computer on the 'blackberry internet service website' (this i am lost with, i have googled but not sure which website i'm meant to use)

please does someone know how to validate the new password?

Who is your cell carrier? We need to know that to help.

Log into your BIS account and change the password to that account.
