Default How to "unqueue" an browser request?

Please Login to Remove!

I have had the situation, that I wanted to browse to a website, while my data connection wasn't available. I accidently queued this request somehow and now have the symbol on my home screen as seen in the attachment.

How can I get rid of this symbol?

It might be something different and I just remember the situation wrong, when this symbol appeared for the first time.

Thank you,
