We are on BES 4.1.6 and Lotus Domino 8.5.

When I add any number on 'Work 2' or 'Home 2', the same is not synchronized with my Lotus Contacts and after some time they disappear from my device also.

I tried to edit the synchronization process on the BES without luck.

Please help.

I would think somehow you have them both to sync with one another. Not just sync one- way. Such as -> device through Lotus or opposite (through BES). Check those settings and they may be your culprit.

The BES gives a two way sync (this i think is the reason for the disappearing of the numbers after sometime). The main problem I think is the mapping, which I tried but unsuccessful.
