Hi I have had a blackberry for over 4 years,

And for the life of me cannot remember my password or my security number,

I also have deleted the e-mail from blackberry that allows you to reset or delete the account.

Is there any other way of resetting password? As I can't download anything and its really irritating me.

First of all, please take no offense, but as a first time poster saying you forgot your password, etc,. this sounds like you found the device and are attempting to use it. If this is the case, then please return it to the rightful owner. We see similar requests all the time.

If this is a password on the device itself, enter the password 10 times and the device is wiped. No way to delete it.
