i cannot deactivate the "alt" key of my bb curve. so i'm only able to enter numbers and special characters. i thought that it was just pressed, or hold, but it is not. what can i do???

Another big problem: i have my password in letters!!! so,right now, i cannot explore my bb.

*it was not dropped and no moist entered my bb. i can't think of any reason why this happened, pls help me.
