hi.

i have purchased a new BB 8830. Gtalk, yahoo, BB app world, BB massenger an other applications are not working....this is the error comes "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements..."..
Application platform is 4.2.2.196.
4.5 is available on website..but i m nt able to update..whenever i try to update, this window pops up..."there is no recent update"..
i have googled evrything bt did nt find any solution..u guys are my last hope...plz help me out..i m very upset..
will b very thankful..

yes i have data plan...i am frm india..i have airtel's prepaid plan...399 Rs per month...plz guys help...i m in trouble.

Call your cell carrier one more time to confirm that you have a full BB data plan activated on your account. Then have them resend the service books.
