Default page can not be displayed

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to update my facebook app, I click on the download button, it takes me to the preferred language, which I can select and I hit the button to continue the download, the page goes white and at the top, it says "the requested page can not be displayed". I have read other posts with somewhat the same question, so to try to save a little time I will answer the questions that were asked of the person that posted. -i do have a data plan. -i live in New Brunswick,Canada.(Where service is available). -My preferred language is english.
I thought maybe it could be something just set wrong, or deleted something I shouldn't have. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is it a BB data plan, not a generic data plan?

Have you tired a battery pull?

Have you resent service books?

It could be a high traffic time - does it happen all the time or just this once?

What have you done since the last time it worked?

Hi,
It is a BB data plan.
Yes, I have pulled the battery.
I have never resent the service books.
I don't think traffic is an issue. It does it everytime.
I don't think I've done anything since it's worked. It's been so long that I can't remember.

Resend the service books and see if that works.

If not, delete the app and redownload/install and see if that works. It could also be a memory problem.

Ok, I'll try that. But, at the risk of sounding like a complete dummy, I've never done it. So how do you send the service books?

Register using the Host Routing table. Resend service books.

Or log into your rogers BIS site and resend them from there.

Or call Rogers and have them to resend them.
