Firstly, try a battery pull:
With device running, take cover off and battery out.
Leave disassembled for 30 seconds
Battery pulls solve all sorts of oddness. If it makes no difference:
Ask your BES Admin to check that address book reconciliation is enabled on your BES account. If not, the BES Admin can enable it.
If it is, have them "resend the service books" to the device. They should know how to do that.
