Unable to send composed email
Please Login to Remove!
There is no 'Send' menu when I compose and forward an email. However I could send when I reply an email from someone.
I am using BIS. Help.

Re: Unable to send composed email
I assume that you have a BB data plan. Do you have the email accounts set up in BIS?
Have you done a battery pull?
Have you resent service books?

Re: Unable to send composed email
Hi Dubdub,
Thank you for your respond. Sorry for late reply.
Yes I have BB data plan and email accounts set up in BIS.
I have done the battery pull.
Understood that service books is for BES. If it is for BIS as well, could you please guide me how to do so?

Re: Unable to send composed email
Are you using BIS or BES?
Log into your carrier's BIS site and select "Resend Service Books".
Services books are required to make various aspects of the BB work. Makes no matter if you are using BIS or BES, you still need them.
