I have a BB Tour 9630 that was seriously locking up - I would get the spinning clock of death, and it would just lock up and do nothing.

I downloaded the latest OS from Verizon some time ago, maybe 5 months, and it helped tremendously. However, it seems to be happening more frequently again.

Any ideas? Is this an O/S issue or is my device schizophrenic?

O/S is v5.0.0.732 (Bundle 1242, Platform 4.2.0.334)

I just found an update to the O/S - v5.0.0.795 - I will update and see how that helps, but any insight would be appreciated.
