Everytime I want to make or receive a call with my bb curve 8900 it keeps switching between handheld and headset. I don't understand a word of what the person on the other side is saying and I have now idea what is going on.
Sounds like it could be the old curse of the Treos; a weak headset switch. Do you use headphones in the BB often?
You could try plugging in and removing a headset a few times to see if the switch inside releases. I am not sure if BBs suffer from that curse, but it is worth a shot....
