i dont know what's up with my blackberry bold 9700
i downloaded recently Google Mobile and World Mate

few minutes after that the screen gets stuck , and when i take off and in the battery it shows me that blackberry buffering for start as normal but when it gets to the end it stay stuck on the 100% buffered and nothing happend
i try to plug the usb cabel butnothing happen
because i have a password set for my blackberry

how to solve it:\ ?

when i press the "alt" or "aA" buttons it shows me on the corner that ipressed but the screen still stuck on theblackberry buffering start up

Were those apps specifically for your device and OS?

Sounds like a corrupt file someplace. No error code is displayed?

Probably will need to wipe it with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the OS (see the yellow sticky at the top of the 9700 section for the OS and instructions on how to do it).
