Default Blackberry app world not saving.

Hey,
I downloaded blackberry app world, about 4times on my blackberry,
From my email on my phone, and downloaded it and i just received my blackberry today, I was getting help on to do stuff on it, but me and my boyfriend dont know why it isn't saving, i checked download's folder and my applications folder. What do i need to do? I think its a 5.0 version though, But im not good with blackberry's so i dont know
Please help me

Also, i tried to download the app from the website but my internet explorer keeps crashing on me, please i know you guys viewed this, if any know the solution to it, please help me >_< i cant stand this, i wanna just break the phone even though i got it today and i know how to use it
