Default Bold 9000 OWA attachment issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

Our setup is like this:

*Blackberry users (mostly Bold 9000).
*Exchange 2007, with OWA.
*We have 2 mail domains registered with our ISP DNS, that map to the same public IP address (one domain is the old domain, the second is the new one).
*We usually create mailboxes in Exchange with 2 addresses one for each domain.

When I configure the e-mail account using OWA on the BB device I can send and receive fine, even I can receive attachments, however, I can't send or forwared attachment, and the Red X appears next to the message with the error "The message included an invalid address." appears in the sent message.

I already tried all possible solutions in the KB10565, to no success!

Even When I created a mailbox with a single SMTP address, still no success with sending attachments.

Any help?
