hi i am new here. i have a 8130 that my sister gave me and today the click button and side button stop working. it scrolls fine just won't click. i did pull the battery a few times. now the buttons work now and again.

now i got a text and it works ok. but the mute/standby button doesn't work at all.

Button and keypad issues like you describe sound like moisture exposure. It doesn't take much. Even a sweaty pocket, humid locker room, etc have been reported.
