we have a problem with our blackberrys:

1) We use BES version 4.1.6.22
2) Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007

It happens that sometime we receive e-mails on our BB without the attachments that are present on the same e-mail received on Outlook.

For example, I received an e-mail a couple of minutes ago with a PDF attachment. The same e-mail on my BB is without the attachment.

Not all e-mails are affected to this problem, but I don't know if we have to update something on our BES or something like that....

There are options on the BES that will limit or prevent attachments being forwarded to the BB.

you might check here for some further info. There are many issues.

Thank you for you reply.....but... I haven't find any solution....
Not all the e-mails arrived without attachments.....but it's impossible to clarify where is the problem...
Sometimes is a XLS file, sometimes a XLS, sometimes a PDF etc...
