Everytime I try to load a youtube video it keeps saying error while trying to play media. I'm connected thru wifi right now.

How about clearing browser cache (and cookies too just in case), and then doing a hard reset.

Also, it shouldn't make any difference, but if you are using the blackberry internet browser, try the hotspot/wifi browser instead.

If you are using a thirdparty browser, try the native browser.

well i tried all of that and no luck but new development i went to my aunts house and the youtube worked!! but i came back home and now it doesn't everything else works great even pandora but youtube will not play videos i have a dlink router wbr-1310 this is driving me nuts

It's over my head. I bet if you do it on the mobile network it will play....a lot of bufferring probably, but it will work. That and the fact it worked elsewhere on wifi will tell you to look at your setup.

Did you ever reset the router and modem? If not, turn off power to the modem and router. Wait a minute or so, power on, and try again.

yea first thing i did was reset the modem lol buti its just so strange how it'll stream pandora perfect but youtube wont work unless im at my aunts

I have a vague memory of something involving m.youtube.com and a router setting and I'm not even sure I'm not imagining it. You might search and see. There have been a lot of questions similar to yours from people having trouble specifically with youtube. Unfortunately most go unresolved, at least no follow up with a solution.
