i downloaded a ringtone, and added it as my ringtone to play when i got a phone call.. i deleted the ringtone, and now after every time i get a text, my phone vibrates ( like i want it too) and beeps ( my ringtone) and then the ringtone i deleted before startst to play for about 15 seconds. it also plays after i end a phone call and take a picture and exit the camera. any help? should i restore my phone to factory settings? anyone know how to do that? thank you.

pull the battery while the phone is powered on, leave it out for 30 seconds, put it back in.
