Default help! Blackberry Crash

Please Login to Remove!

I recently had to turn my old phone into insurance and have had problem after problem with my replacement phone. It randomly turns off and on was my main complain. The last time it turned off, an error message came up as it was powering on. JVM error 102. I got online and found the steps how to try and save everything but nothing worked. I lost everything! I didn't have anything backed up but my question is when I transferred everything from old phone to new, did that information somehow get saved on my computer? Is there anything I can do? Thanks!!

If there was no backup file created via DM, then you are probably out of luck.

In the future, I suggest you sync to either Outlook or Google and make regular backups.

Did you get the JVM102 error resolved?

Well I ended up lucking out. I searched my computer for a .ipd file and found a hidden file containing all of my back up files. Took me quite a while to figure out how to open up the file. Ended up being very simple. Drug it to the Blackberry Backup folder and that was that! Very simple and I got very lucky!
