Default Permanent frozen 9360

Please Login to Remove!

I just returned from Iraq after 6 months and updated my 9360 sprint blackberry. The update was done via wi fi not attached to the computer.

Now the phone is stuck. It will not turn on and I have a square clock with the hands rotating in a clock wise fashion. I cannot get the phone to sync with my mac computer.

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much

AFAIK, there is no BB 9360. Is it a 9630?

Have you tried a battery pull yet?
