The browser icon was missing so I followed the suggested instruction and did Options Icon -> Host Routing Tables -> Register Now. The icon still did not appear so I turned off the phone and took out the battery. Now the phone does not turn on and a red light keeps flashing 4 times and then pause. The battery is charged and I tried to take out the battery and put it back in. Please advise

With the phone on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds. Replace it and let the device reboot.
