Angry blackberry 8520

Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry should be able to have the sofwear 5.0 but it only has 4.6.314 and it wont let me update it why???

You need one of the following if O2 is your carrier:
A Blackberry Bolt-on to any contract
Simplicity for Blackberry SIM Only tariff
Blackberry Web and Text PAYG tariff.

You need this to allow for updating to OS 5, as well as all data features.
