I have 1 question
the push email & email configuretion in blackberry are diffrent things?
if yes then how to configurer it.
I have BB 9800 torch.

Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan from your phone service carrier?

If so, go to the Email Setting icon on the device.

actuly i m IT persone i already configure work mail on one of my user's BB. but my another user want pushmail in BB & there i m confuse. it is diff. or same

You configured work email for a user, is this on BES?
That user now wants personal mail added? This needs to be done on BIS.
