Default Blackberry Curve wont turn on, battery fully charged.

The past few weeks every so often my Blackberry Curve 8520 has been over-heating and dying within about 4 hours. I tried wiping the device back to it's factory settings, which worked for about two weeks, then it started again.

Last night it started over-heating, i didn't notice until it vibrated and said 'Battery too low for radio use' It turned off a short time later.

Since then, i've not been able to turn it on, i put it in the charger and the red light turned on and stayed on and the phone didn't turn on, even though i left it on charge all night.

I've tried putting in my spare battery, which is fully charged according to an older spare blackberry and the same thing happens, red light stays on for about 2 minutes then turns off and the blackberry doesn't turn on.

It is less then 6 months old and has not been dropped in water or any major falls or anything.
