Default Can't Send or Receive Emails

Hi there,

I'm not sure if anyone is able to help as I don't have a lot of information on this problem but I work in Brisbane and our office has been shut because of the recent floods therefore I can't get help from our IT department re this issue.

When the floods hit, our server went down for a number of days. It has since been restored but for whatever reason, my boss can no longer send or receive emails on his Blackberry (I THINK he has a Curve). I've told him to take the battery out for 30 seconds and he's tried resetting a number of times but it's still not working.

He's using Blackberry Enterprise but the only thing I can see to help him is to maybe send Service Books?

Does anyone else have any ideas?

just try this....
visit the BlackBerry Internet Service
here u try to re-enterd the email-id and password again.......and make sure that ur bb server were work properly....

Anurag, please don't guess at answers. It just confuses people.

The OP is on a BES. Going to a BIS page won't have any effect.

To the OP, he will have to get assistance from the IT department.

Hi Sarah! Is he the only one who can't send/recieve? Can he PIN? If he can, did you try another enterprise activation?
