Default Screw head missing

Please Login to Remove!

I am wondering if anyone has had this problem. My daughter was changing the housing on her blackberry everything was fine until she realised she'd forgotten to put in one of the side buttons. She then went to take out the screws and when she went to remove the middle black screws the head came off one and she tried the next one and that came off too.
I was with her when it was done and she didn't over tighten the screws because I told her not to.
Is this a fixable problem? Hope someone has some views. Thanks

The screws are metal and very hard to break so it does look like they were over torqued. you might try a broken screw removal tool. They come in very small sizes and I would be very careful. I have a few broken BB's and tried to break the screw heads and was not able to so why they broke simply replacing them is hard to understand.
