You say "there"... Where? You need to be specific so that we do not waste our time. By "there", do you mean in the profile settings?
I'm goimg to assume you mean profile settings.... In that case, delete the "vianet" email address from BIS.
Then open the options screen on the handset, navigate to the service books screen, and delete all entries that contain the "vianet" address. These will also include CICAL or CMIME in the entry name. (This step may or may not be necessary. If you aren't comfortable with it, then skip. But you may end up starting over and deleting them anyway.)
Do a hard reset. (With power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.)
Resend service books.
