Hardware problem - any help will be appreciate

Glad to be part of you... but from the sad part of you...
Arownd tree months ago I have bought a BB Bold 9000 from e-Bay... I don't want to comment the seller... I just want to tell that I'm from east Europe - Bulgaria and it's far away from the USA unfortunately...

The phone that I receive has been working and it still working now. But the battery dies after 5 huors... I have read all the forums, I have tried all the usefull tips, changes the battery with a new one.... Whatever you can imagine...

The result is that anythink help... I just left the phone on the shelf and stop using it ... A friend of mine told me that probably there is a hardware problem and should check is there any international warranty...

I will appriciate any help now - is anybody familiar there I can check for an international warranty - the phone is bought brand new...

Please, please, please help, help, help
