curve facebook app picture delete problem
 

Hi

A few days ago I uploaded a picture using the facebook application. When I tried deleting it I couldn't find the delete option on the menu.
I tried deleting the picture using the normal mobile internet fb website and I managed to delete it, yay!
But the problem is the picture actually isn't deleted grrr, its still there using the fb application!

Can anyone help?

The photo may be in the folders used to hold camera photos. I cannot find a method to delete photos using the FB App. Try looking around the BB and see if it exists anywhere.
I know you already know this but this is a upload tip from RIM.
To upload photos to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones from the BlackBerry smartphone Camera, complete the following steps:

BlackBerry 6.0 device software :
1. Launch the Camera application.
2. Snap a picture.
3. Display the menu and select View Pictures.
4. Highlight the picture, display the menu and choose Send... , then Facebook.
5. Type a Caption (optional)
6. Choose an Album from the drop-down list, or select <New..> to create a new Album.
7. Click Upload.

BlackBerry Device software 5.0:
1. Launch the Camera application.
2. Snap a picture.
3. Display the menu and select Send/Share, then Facebook.
4. Type a Caption (optional)
5. Choose an Album from the drop-down list, or select <New..> to create a new Album.
6. Click Upload.

It will be that the facebook app hasn't refreshed itself to show changes, these can take time.
