My A/# button got stuck for the second time. It happened before but then it went back to normal the next day but this time it didn't. I don't even need to press the button in order to get the A or #, just by going over it with my finger works.

After watching some video, I tried taking off the case to get to the keyboard but it wouldn't come out. Also, where I live there's no such thing as a Pry tool so I was unsuccessful.

Any ideas of how to get it unstuck without sending it to a repairing office?

Sounds like the key is broken or possibly stuck from something you spilled on the keys. Did you get it wet? The keyboard is replaceable and parts can be purchased. Does a search on the internet for videos on how to do this for your model. Also check with the FAQ page at the top of the forum page. It offers a lot of information.

I have no knowledge of spilling something on it, it still works just it works too fast, I don't even have to press it, just to move my finger a bit on it and it automatically pushes it and enters the key.

I tried taking of the case but I'm not sure if it's safe to do it or not. I watched several videos yet I have one question: do I have to unscrew the screws at the back of the phone around the battery or does the case covering they keypad come off by itself without unscrewing them?
