Hi.

I made a security password on my BB, but apperently I wrote the wrong one.
Now I have only one try left. This is my first BB, so I don't have a clue what to do. I have found on the internet that you can reset via the computer and desktop manager. But I haven't installed this until now and can't get it to connect with my BB since it's locked.
Please, can anybody help me?

There's nothing anyone can do if you forgot your password.
Enter the password incorrectly one more time and allow your device to wipe itself and reset.
Then you can set a new password and restore your data from your most recent backup, if you have one.
