Default bkackberry enterprise server problem help please :(

Hi everyone,
im having yet another blackberry problem
normally its just the odd wifi problem but now, i have problems with my blackberry enterprise server.
i cannot connect to anything, internet, msn, bbm, facebook, etc
i have gone into service status and this is what it says
blackberry internet service
connection: mobile network
blackberry enterprise server
connection: not connected

i have been told to go into options>advanced options>host routing table and register now. i have done this and i have been registered to the wireless network

next i was told to re-send my service books. But when i enter my bb pin and IMEI code it says u are not connected to the wireless network :s

if someone can help me i would be very very grateful as i really need my bb working:(

Are you actually on a BES?
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?

yes i have a data plan, i topped up yesterday.
i have the blackberry bolt on

If you are on your company BES, then you need to talk to the BES Admin or company IT staff to activate your BB on it.
