| | Blackberry Curve 9300 replacement issue

I bought a blackberry Curve 9300 with rogers less then a month ago. The other day my screen would flicker on and off.. and then wouldn't come on at all. The next day I took it to the Rogers store I purchased it from (Im still under the 30 day replacement warranty) and she could not duplicate the problem. I explained the screen sometimes stays on for a bit but will black out for a few hours again. Since she could not duplicate the problem she could not replace it. her reason was because if she were to send my old blackberry in and they found no issue with it as she did the store would be charged $400 for the replacement phone given to me.
Now I have learned that after the 30 day warranty, if I am still haveing issues with the phone I can send it into rogers by mail and they will send me a replacement.
I am concerned that if they do not find a problem with the Blackberry I will be charged the cost of the replacement.
Just wondering if anyone can tell me if I will be charged for the cost of the replacement if they can't find an issue with it. Or what?
